Hi everyone, As one of our core values, we want to ensure that Ilysia remains a safe, welcoming and positive place for everyone. Recently, we have received several reports, both within and outside of Discord, regarding harassment and unwanted interactions between players. In response, we have prioritized giving players greater control over who they interact with in the world of Ilysia. Towards this, patch v0.5.8.3 introduces the new Ignore Player function, allowing players to both hide and prevent interaction and communication from players they no longer wish to engage with. We are also updating our rules to clarify that knowingly using alternate accounts or characters to circumvent another player’s Ignore List and continue contacting them will be considered harassment and may result in an account ban. This feature is not intended to replace the User Reporting form under rules in in our Discord server. We encourage people to still use the reporting form as it helps us stay on top of abusive or harassing behaviors present in our player base. New Feature: Ignore Player Function
Players can be ignored through the player context menu by selecting a player and confirming the action through the wrist UI.
The Ignore List can be viewed and managed in the Codex under Social > Friends.
Players can also be ignored or unignored from this menu by selecting a nearby player or searching for them by name.
Ignored players will become invisible to you and cannot be interacted with.
PvP combat is prevented on ignored players, and vice versa
You will also become invisible to players you have ignored.
Ignored players cannot send you mail.
Global chat and Whisper messages from ignored players will no longer be displayed.
Rules Adjustment:
Using alternate accounts or characters to circumvent another player's Ignore List and continue contacting them, including through mail or other communication methods, will be considered harassment and may result in an account ban.
General Fixes:
Sprinting has been fixed and can once again be activated using the thumbstick toggle or arm-pumping motion.
Several adjustments have been made to rune-drawing recognition for Warden, Mystic, and Holy spells.
