Ilysia Update v0.5.0 - The Fall of Bal'Ramos
New Content! Bal'Ramos's Lair (Level 20):
The final chapter of the Lavea storyline is now open. After completing the events of the Ruins of Aenor, players can speak to Bellamy's Projection at the Portal Rings to pick the story back up and face Bal'Ramos in order to end the threat to Lavea and restore the Leviathan's Heart.
New Mechanic: Boss Encounter Lockouts
Once Bal'Ramos is pulled, you may not enter or re-enter the chamber until either the boss or your final party member has fallen. Make sure your party is present and ready before pulling.
New Mechanic: Dungeon Timers
Parties have 20 minutes to defeat Bal'Ramos and escape before the lava surges and fills the dungeon entirely.
New Mechanic: Dynamic Arena Changes
Bal'Ramos will periodically flood his arena with lava, forcing mobility and positioning awareness.
New Loot: Level 20 Imbued quality weapons and armor available in Bal'Ramos's Lair.
New Title: Players who wrap up the storyline will receive a new prestige title.
General Fixes:
Local channel voice chat has been attenuated so people farther away from you are quieter.
Guild banks can no longer store Quest or Soulbound items.
Corrupted Essences have been added to all cultist mob drop tables.
You can now either use the laser to click or physically press the 'Enter World' button in the login menu.
Skill Changes:
Ice Shard no longer heals enemies on cast.
Fireball now visibly applies splash damage on impact, including ground impacts.
Fixed an issue where Warden abilities caused unwanted visual effects to appear in your vision when used.
Items and Crafting:
New Masterwork Recipes: Masterwork quality armor can be crafted by upgrading Level 20 dungeon gear using Everburning Shards, rare drops from Bal'Ramos.
Seasonal Items: Spring Festival items are now available in the Emporium! A new seasonal questline arrives soon.
