The time has come! We're excited to announce that Ilysia is going Free to play on August 22, 2025!
While we are transitioning to free to play, we want to ensure that everyone who has purchased Ilysia before the change feels recognized and appreciated. Without your support, this game wouldn't exist. Every player who holds or a game key at the time of the switch on Friday, weather from purchasing or as part of a backing package, will receive in game currency equal to the highest price a game key has been sold for ($15), even if you bought Ilysia at a lower sale price. You'll also receive a unique account bound title 'of the First Age' that marks your account as one of Ilysia's early supporters. This title is exclusive and will never be obtainable again. This is our way of saying thank you for believing in us from the beginning. You took a chance on Ilysia early, and we want that to always be remembered.

Full content for Zones 5–7 will be unlocked
The level cap will be set to 15
While you're exploring everything up through level 15, we'll be wrapping up the final zone of Lavea featuring two new instance dungeons, and the final boss encounter, all part of the full experience up to level 20.
